By accessing and using Spacebar Clicker ("the Game") and the associated website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Spacebar Clicker is a free-to-play, browser-based idle clicker game. The Game is provided "as is" without any guarantees. Game progress is stored locally in your browser and is subject to loss if browser data is cleared.

3. User Conduct

When using the Game and Site, you agree not to:

Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the game's code for unfair advantage in competitive contexts.
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Site in a manner that disrupts normal operation.
Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any of our forms.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the Site for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including game mechanics, visual design, text, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of the Spacebar Clicker Team unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Game Data & Progress

Your game progress is stored in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss due to:

Clearing browser data or cache.
Switching browsers or devices.
Browser updates or crashes.
Using private/incognito browsing modes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spacebar Clicker is provided for entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Spacebar Clicker Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game or Site.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game or any part of the Site at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
